ASMI 600×600/300×1200 Clip-in Tile false ceiling system is made of 0.5 mm thick G.I./ Steel/ Aluminum Sheet, Coil Coated /Powder Coated with approved shade, with 20-50 micron coating respectively on the front side.

The size varies from 0.5-0.7 mm thick as per requirement and comes in beveled edges. Tile shall be 595mm x 595mm 0R 295mm x 1195 mm (with or without perforation of 1.8-3.5 mm diaas required).

ASMI Lay-in Metal False Ceiling System (600 mm x 600 mm) is manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick Regular Powder Coated Galvanized Iron /Steel (Z-120 gsm Zinc coating mass total of both sides,) on the exposed side and primer coating on the back or coil coated on both the sides in standard color/ shade as required , with square or beveled edges and flanges, produced on automatic advanced machinery, which includes several leveling stages in the manufacturing process. Exposed side of the tile shall have 20 micron coil coated polyester finish and back side to be supported with acoustical fleece .
Tiles to be installed on a standard 600 mm x 600 mm ASMI T grid system .
